In the idea contest held once a month during our weekly regular internal meetings, we share ideas for solving problems with SNS and groupware, and by engaging in research to realize these ideas, we aim to contribute in the field of building the foundations for industry and technological innovation.

By adopting remote work, we will actively hire engineers who live in rural areas due to circumstances such as childcare or elderly care, and continue to improve our system to enable them to work together as the same team online, aiming to contribute to expanding employment.
